Find Out if You are Eligible

It's easy. Call Homes Build Hope and talk with a housing counselor who will determine what your housing needs are and if you are eligible based on income and the number of people in your household.

The Income Limit Chart below is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and is a preliminary tool to determine eligibility. Most rental units follow the 50% income guidelines; however, some units will qualify under the other percentages, depending on availability.

Based on 50% of Area Median Income (AMI)

The income limits are updated annually by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development and should be used as an initial reference point. If you're unsure if you qualify, call the Homes Build Hope office for further qualification information.
